Some more of Joseph and Abigail

Bath time.......

Getting ready for a walk on one of the area
trails. Abigail is really to small for the stroller
but I have her sitting on a towel and then have
some cloth around the straps so they don't
hurt her neck and face. I wouldn't use this
for biking with her this small.

Dan set up the Thomas tracks with Joseph..... Abigail would watch the trains go by.
It was really cute when she was in her swing and watching them go under her and
then see them com out the other side..... it kept her occupied.

After the storm..... actually it was still lightning and
thundering a lot.... Dan was holding the children
while I got the kitchen cleaned up... he got a phone
call.... he is doing pretty good at multi tasking

Joseph riding his bike..... he turns it a little too sharp and it turns over.... I caught
the picture just as he was going over..

I was working on the computer and giving Abigail
some floor time..... then I noticed Joseph was
showing Abigail his computer...

He put her hand on the mouse and was
helping her move it....

Bedtime picture........

Don't worry..... Abigail sleeps in her crib

Another moment of Joseph showing Abigail
his toys....

This one is the alphabet one that he got for
his birthday

Just a swingin and sleeping....

Joseph is four years old

Joseph had a big day on his birthday........

I should have put these in order......

Friday night Abigail was giving Joseph a birthday

spanking...... I told Joseph the day before that it

was tradition to give birthday spankings and a pinch

to grow a inch....... he said Noo... it isn't.... is it?

Here are a few things I wrapped up that we had gotten a long time

ago to try and motivate him to use the potty.....

By the way...... he is potty trained now...... as of last month

We got this bike at a second hand store, for around $15 or $20, when Joseph was almost
two. We kept it hid in the garage.

Joseph blowing out his candles

We ended up going outside and shared the cake
with our neighbors

Earlier in the week Karen invited us to come over
and swim. I told her that day would be Josephs
birthday and I would bring some cup cakes.

I did not intend to have a birthday party for him
but it turned out that way.....

Joseph blowing out his candle while the other children
watched. Six out of ten of the children were Bob and
Karen's grandchildren. Three of the children there were
babies under seven months

Here they are, minus the babies, posing for a picture

Abigail sitting in the stroller under a big umbrella

Joseph on the beach pushing a dump truck

Blaine gave Joseph a ride in the John Deere gater. Just
before we left Joseph got in a drove it himself. I was
surprised he did so well. You can see the pictures of
him up above.

This is just before he had
breakfast. The books and alphabet
game thing are from Dave and Kristi.
Kristi also found some Thomas sheets
and comforter which she gave to him
a few weeks ago.

and the Doctor said......

No more monkeys jumping on the bed!!!
Actually he said the CT showed the abdominal wall looking good. The hernia repair is in tack and holding. He feels I'm recovering from my pregnancy and two surgeries....... if with time things don't get better to call him... SO..... I'm glad that there isn't anything wrong.... as far as hernia and another surgery goes.
Why I didn't think of this sooner..... with my fibromyalgia and myofascial pain.... its probably part of that. I did go to a website on the above mention and one women wrote she had hernia repair and because of her fibromyalgia she was told her recovery would take 6 months.
After sorta of refreshing myself on both conditions (which I can understand better than I can explain) I can see where the surgeries have effected my body in a negative way.
So now it is time to get EXCISING......
Hey!!!! I just remember that word I was looking for...... MOTIVATION. It just came to me when I thought about exercises. Motivation is something I don't have...........

Down in Evansville Indiana

Here are some pictures of my folks front porch being
screened in.

here we all are enjoying the finish........

Installing the screen

enclosing a portion of the side and building a roof

I'm sure I have a picture some where of the front of the
house which would be a good before pic.......

Tummy time can be exhausting.............

We tried to feed Abigail cereal a few times then quit..... now
since Saturday she has been eating it every day and seems
to like it. She does make the funniest faces while eating.

Abigail trying out Joseph's recliner

Giving her glow doll a kiss or something like that....
(see Uncle Jim)

Dan left a message for Joseph with his cars. He left for work before Joseph was up.
Joseph thought it was pretty neat!

brother and sister being sweet
together........

Abigail makes the funniest face
when she sticks her lips out..

one of Abigail's first times to eat cereal.... she is not so sure

Abigail's first swing ride at the
park..... she loved it!

Abigail loves to be outside
sitting in her swing at home too.

Daddy giving some pushes

Joseph trying to get into the swing of things....... we were trying
to teach him to pump

Joseph rock climbing

Abigail met a new friend..... she
was more sociable when she
was sleeping....
Johnathan is just 3 days younger

Joseph, Abigail and I met Heather over at her house one day.
She had her 3 with her...... the three children she takes care
of.
So we have Jacqueline, Caroline, Johnathan, Heather, Abigail
and Joseph (not sure that the names are spelled right)

Sorry the picture arrangement and the words are loppy and mixed up.............
