Another Try at Family Pictures

These are the better pictures........ that will
tell you what the others probably look like.

After the picture taking we discover why the
cloudy look........... the lens were dirty. By that
time we were too tired to for any more.

Maybe next Sunday........ of course that
is our special meeting and we will need
to get an early start..... okay maybe the
next Sunday....

Some photos

Dan took a few pictures Sunday before we
headed to meeting.
The meeting hadn't even started yet and she
messed it up.

Caught Joseph having a moment with Abigail..............

Grandpa Sam stood on his head for Joseph while he was here. Joseph wanted to try but
didn't succeed until Grandpa helped him

We tried another photo shoot..................... it didn't go as
well as I hoped...........
Any way a few turned out...........

I think it was last week Joseph and I went outside for a very short time.
I stood mainly in the garage out of the cold. Stood as long as I could and then it was back
inside for us.

Two pictures that are close
in age
Joseph was about 5 days old and
Abigail at 9 days old.
I need to take some more pictures
of Abigail close up to compare them
with Joseph.
Many have mentioned how much they look alike. When I first held her I thought she looked so much different from Joseph. Now I can see a big resemblance across the eyes. Its in the eyes where they look like Dan. Joseph was identical to my baby picture but not Abigail. I think she looks more like a picture I saw of Dan.

Dad's 75th Birthday Party............

My brother Steve e-mailed a few pictures from Dad's birthday
celebration. They surprised him............ Steve and Audrey took
him out to eat after meeting then when they got back to the house my two sisters and some of their family were there. He was surprised!

I'm just sorry Mom couldn't be there too............. and of course
it would have been nice to have been there myself.

That is a lot of wind to blow out two cakes............. WOW

Another year.............. and another headstand............... at 75.

Guess this one was a bit more exciting......... according to Dad
and I'm sure the others got excited too......... Maybe it was
a good thing Mom wasn't there..........

Happy 75th Birthday Dad!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday Dad! Sorry we have Mom "tied" up here and you have to spend your birthday alone.
I don't know when we are going to let her leave.............
Now we are go to get some more snow....... I think somewhere between
6' to 9'.
Best wishes to you tomorrow and in the year to come.
Also.......... Happy Birthday to my nephew Jared. Guess this would be number 20, right?
Oh, sorry Dad........ I think I made a bit of a typo up above................ it is 6" to 9" of snow. My how one missing mark can make a little difference or I should say a big difference.
